The results are in and your future is looking bright
You know what you want your work life to be about and you're ready to take it to the next level
Bravo my friend! You know exactly what you want your work life to be about, you may even be clear on the type of work you want to be doing. It's an exciting place to be.
The formula to achieving a successful career change is clarity and taking action. And you've nailed the first part of that powerful combination - well done!
Your next step is to take action.
Now that doesn't mean jumping ship from where you are into the sea of unknown. It's about crafting out a plan to get you there, and this plan is about research, learning, putting your ideas to the test and when you're ready making that commitment to that perfect job that fits you beautifully.
Behind the scenes you've been making big discoveries about yourself and what you want your life to be about. Realising your potential and getting clear on what you want to do.
Your future is bright and ready for you to start bringing those brilliant ideas from behind the scenes out into the open for you to make happen.
And I've got you covered with 3 steps that are going to help you take action...
Let's get started!

Your formula for brilliant success
Any fears, doubts or worries you've been telling yourself about making this career change happen let them go.
You are ready for this.
You took this quiz for a reason, so grab yourself a cuppa and let's get started!
YOUR 3-STEP ACTION PLAN
1. Master your mindset
Success is not an accident, you have all the tools available to you to bring your dream career to life.
Your mindset is part of the fundamental key to making that happen.
That beautiful, brilliant brain of yours is what makes success possible. It's not just a tool, it's an asset.
Mindset mastery means...
- Taking full responsibility for your circumstances and your outcomes
- Using the power of your mind to visualise what you want to create
- Acknowledging how irrational most fears are and choosing to take action in spite of them
Masting your mindset is a never ending exercise. Be kind to yourself and then focus on what you WANT instead of all that things that could go wrong.
2. Map your mission
You can't get to where you want to go without a map.
Starting at square one, decide what's the most important part of your career change. The reason why you want this change. What's it going to mean for you and those around you?
This mission is going to keep you focused and motivated to take action.
Working on a career change is exciting, but it can take time to bring an idea to life. That motivation at the start of an idea can and will dip at times, this is where your mission and taking action brings that motivational energy back into full force.
Write out your mission and position in a place where you'll see it regularly.
3. Take action
Once your career ideals are confirmed, you know what you want to do and how you want your work life to be - then it's time to massive action in order to create momentum.
I dare you to get brutally honest with yourself right now and make a list of all the reasons WHY you're afraid to take action.
Done?
Okay, great job. Now does your list look a little something like this:
I'm afraid of...
- failing
- that I'll never get to where I want to be
- what other people will think
- not knowing where to start
- letting myself and others down
I've got good news and bad news.
The bad news: those fears are never going to completely go away.
The good news: every time you take action despite your fear, then your fear becomes a little bit smaller. Your fears are like a projector, making the actual "problem" a thousand times bigger than it really is.
Take back your film reel and dare to do what scares you.
Keep the faith - you can do this.
