Meet Josie
Your coach and mentor that'll show you the way to land your next job with confidence
Spending two decades in the corporate world; my career has spanned across a variety of different industries and sectors in permanent, temporary, contract and interim roles. Each with its own twist on how to position yourself when applying for that role.
I quit my corporate leadership job back in 2013 after being professionally bullied and suffering with burnout from working 12-hour days just to prove that I was capable of doing a job I'd come to hate.
I continue to support companies with their management development programmes; building on soft skills to support with recruitment and effective management.
I'm a gal who loves to plan and organise - a couple of my superpowers - so I've documented every step and action I know from both the employee (you) to the potential employers aspect, to help you land that job with confidence.
What you should know about me is I teach what I know.
I teach what I've done personally and my experience over the last twenty years.
I'm all about taking action; you tell me what you want and I'll show you how to make it happen.
