You can't figure out where you're going until you know where you are right?
This is where we start our journey by reviewing where we are and shaking it up.
In this module you're going to get clear on what your day's look like, what you're not happy about and what you'd like it to ideally look like.
Then you're going to revisit our old friend ' personal boundaries' we all have them, but can find it a challenge when they're being compromised and how we deal with these in our day to day life. Don't worry, there are some solutions to help you communicate these.
Finally in this module, you're going to get clear on a morning and evening routine to help set you up for success each day, but also to help bring an element of peace into your day. Then to close this module you're going to start planning out your week ahead... I'm so excited for you.
