*Important announcement that you need to hear today*


You bring to this earth, a set of gifts that no one else has.  You do ‘YOU’ in the most wonderful and best way possible.

But I get it, when you’ve got things flying at you from all different areas of your life you can easily lose sight of what the ‘why’ in your life is.

Let’s bring it all back to you.

Let’s get you reconnected with your why and back on track with what life is all about for you.

  1. You need to be in the right headspace for this exercise.  Try to find a place where you can sit and just be.  A place that brings your joy.  Could be a spot in your house, your garden or a nearby park.
  2. Take 3 deep breaths.  As the air fills your lungs on the inhale, hold this for a moment.  Then as you let out the air on the exhale, also ‘see and feel’ any worries or thoughts leave your body.
  3. In your journal or on a piece of paper, write down the following question…”What is my ‘WHY’?” Allow your thoughts to flow into words onto the paper.  If nothing comes at first, just be patient.  This will come, trust me.  If things have been a little stressed for you or you’ve got lots of thoughts swirling around in your head, this might take a little longer to pass through the ‘traffic’ – try taking some more deep breaths and bask in your surroundings to help you.
